Our Story: The Fresh Peak Salsa Difference

What began as a passion for flavor and a desire to share homemade gifts has blossomed into Fresh Peak Salsa, a company dedicated to crafting unparalleled small-batch salsas from the freshest ingredients.

Since 2015, founder Wesley has been perfecting unique flavor profiles and dynamic textures, elevating classic recipes with a unique, savory spin. His creations were initially cherished by friends and family at gatherings, earning a reputation for quality that could not be matched by mass-produced alternatives.

In 2025, a moment of inspiration led to the creation of the signature product, Dill With It! - Dill Pickle Salsa Verde. Utilizing the bright, citrus-laced heat of Aji Lemon peppers within a vibrant green salsa verde base, this unconventional flavor profile was an immediate and unanimous success. Encouraged by this overwhelming response, Wesley and his wife established Fresh Peak Salsa in October 2025, transforming a decade-long hobby into a mission-driven business.

Today, our product line, including the beloved Dill With It!, the hearty Cowboy Caviar, and the distinctive Zucc it Up!, is built on three core pillars:

  1. Unrivaled Flavor: Developing complex, unique profiles and chunky textures that stand out from the conventional market.

  2. Fresh Ingredients: Sourcing and using the highest quality fresh produce in every small batch.

  3. Clean Preservatives: Committing to the health of our community by exclusively using time-tested natural preservatives—salt, lime juice, and vinegar—eschewing exotic chemical additives.

At Fresh Peak Salsa, we aim to bring a burst of healthy, authentic flavor to your table, batch after small batch.
